Butterfly Conservation's Practical Conservation Risk Assessment has been updated to include the risk of ticks and Lyme Disease. This is complimented by some guidance on preventing and dealing with ticks, and a map highlighting the levels of risks across the UK. You are encouraged to read these documents as ticks are widespread and the activities associated with BC increase the possibility of contact with ticks
